Australian Mainland Metropolitan Delivery
Orders weighing up to 5 kg, cost of freight is $15.00
Orders weighing up to 5.1 kg to 10 kg, cost of freight is $20.00
Orders weighing up to 10.1 kg to 19 kg, cost of freight is $25.00
Orders weighing 20 Kg and Over, will be contacted by the store to organise shipping, this may incur further costs.
Remote areas are excluded for the schedule above. You will contacted by the store to discuss any variation in shipping costs. SA AllTools reserves the right to review the shipping cost at any time. Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location.
Courier deliveries can only be made to a fixed address.
Orders where "Authority to Leave" your parcel at the provided address has been selected, the receiver holds all liability.
Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
COLLECT IN STORE
After you receive your 'ready to collect' email, you'll need to bring your driving licence or other government issued photo ID to the store, and if you paid by credit card, the credit card used to make the purchase. The name on the licence must match the name on the card and the name on the order. The store may take a copy of your driving licence, this is to help prevent credit card fraud and will be kept temporarily. After a short period it will be destroyed.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Courier deliveries occur Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm. Unfortunately we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends.
DELIVERIES THAT REQUIRE A FORKLIFT OR LOADING DOCK
If you are ordering large items over 20 kg you may require a forklift or loading dock for delivery. You assume responsibility for any additional fees associated with delivery.
Note: We will always strive to offer the latest pictures and product descriptions in our Online Store but please understand this is not always possible. Subsequently due to constant changes & upgrades in specifications of products, pictures & certain specifications listed in our online store in some cases may vary from actual items and are for illustration purposes only.
We always try to keep our product descriptions up to date. These are being constantly monitored and upgraded when needed. Please note however that typing and database errors do occur as well as constant product spec changes from varying suppliers. If you have any doubt or wish to check that our description is correct please contact us via email with the details of your enquiry. While we will always ship the correct part number of an item we cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen changes by suppliers of product specs and contents without our knowledge. Any updates with contents and specs of items will be updated as soon as we are made aware of this.
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).
Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, we may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, SA Alltools cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.SA Alltools require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
